4th Annual Junior Golf Championship
Saturday - June 5, 2010
Held at the Okeechobee Golf & Country Club
This Free 18 Hole tournament is open to boys and girls
ages 10 - 17 (18 if 2010 OHS Graduate)
Tournament Schedule:
7:15 am Complementary lunch and Required Rules Clinic
8:00 am Tee Time of 9 Hole Qualifier - Shotgun Start
All juniors will be flighted by their 9-hole scores.
Lunch and
Putting Contest followed by
9 Hole Championship Round
Winners in all Flights!
This event open to first 36 Golf Entries. Sign Up by May 28, 2010

FIRST ANNUAL
JUNIOR/ADULT TOURNAMENT
was held on August 22, 2009!

The purpose of this tournament was to bring juniors and adults together to
play
in a fun scramble format game.
We have decided to hold this annual tournament to honor our friend Gary Issacs who
supported our program of bringing this game to the children of our
community.

March of 2004, Waldau's Junior Golf set up a booth in
the park during
Okeechobee Main Street's BBQ Cook Off.
Non-Profit organizations of all kinds set up in downtown
Okeechobee to participate in Carnival in the Park.
Waldau's Junior Golf, Inc set up a Putting Contest Booth.
Children of all ages participated. Prizes were awarded to all who
played the putting game
Each participate was also entered into a drawing to win a set
of USGA Junior Golf Clubs.
